What You’ll Do:
As a Technical Recruiter you will own the full-cycle hiring process for tech and business roles, partnering with hiring managers to understand needs, sourcing and screening specialized talent (engineers, developers, product, business), managing candidate experience, and leveraging Edge Case’s culture to attract and hire top tech professionals. Your core duties involve strategic sourcing, interviewing, making offers, and building talent pipelines, all while acting as an advisor to internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and screening: Find and evaluate potential candidates for roles
- Candidate Management: Nurture relationships, schedule interviews (technical and behavioral), extend offers, and ensure a positive experience for all applicants.
- Strategy & Employer Branding: Develop and implement recruiting strategies, craft compelling job descriptions, and promote the company's tech culture and brand.
- Process & Systems: Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), update job postings, and maintain data for reporting.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed on tech industry trends, competitor activities, and talent availability.
- Interview coordination: Manage the interview process, from scheduling initial screening calls to coordinating final-round interviews with technical teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with multiple teams across the company to ensure positions align with Edge Case’s business goals and support the safe deployment of frontier technologies.
- Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs): Draft and review NDAs to ensure confidentiality and protection of sensitive company information.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
Required Qualifications:
- Authorization to work in the United States is a precondition of employment. ECR will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field or equivalent experience as a technical recruiter.
- Familiarity with technical concepts and jargon to understand job requirements.
- Proven ability to source candidates using various tools and techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and hiring managers.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to complete an initial assessment of candidates' technical skills and credentials.
- Knowledge of recruiting best practices and employment regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise, and compliant job descriptions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple candidates and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position is $100,000.00-$125,000.00. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Edge Case considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Washington state applicants only: Full-time employees accrue at least 13 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; and receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
